As 2025 comes to a close, it feels important to pause and reflect, not just on the business we did, but on the people, relationships, and realities that shaped this year.

First and foremost, I want to say thank you. This year, we had the opportunity to help many families buy, sell, and rent their homes across Massachusetts. Every client who trusted us, every conversation we had, and every connection we built means a great deal to our team. We are deeply grateful for those opportunities.

It was also a meaningful year behind the scenes. We welcomed new people to the firm, improved our processes, and found better ways to serve our clients. That kind of growth matters because it allows us to show up more consistently and with more care for the people who rely on us.

At the same time, I want to acknowledge something that cannot be ignored. While parts of the real estate market are experiencing positive momentum, many people are struggling right now. Affordability has become a real challenge, not just in housing, but in everyday life. For many families here in Massachusetts, costs feel heavier, and decisions feel harder.

I don’t have simple answers or quick solutions for what affordability will look like in 2026, but what I do know is that those struggles are real, and they deserve to be recognized. If you’re feeling the weight of it, you’re not alone, and you’re not doing anything wrong.

“One thing I have learned over time is that tough seasons come and go.”

One thing I have learned over time is that tough seasons come and go. Whether things are going well or not, change is constant. The pendulum always swings both ways. Progress rarely happens all at once, but it does happen when people keep showing up, stay connected, and continue moving forward even when the path feels uncertain.

That belief is why I remain hopeful as we look ahead to 2026. I am optimistic about our housing market, about our communities, and about the people who make them strong. The future is shaped by consistency, resilience, and relationships, and we see them every day in the people we work with.

As we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, I want you to know that our door is always open. If you are looking for guidance, perspective, or even just someone to tell you that you are doing okay, I would be glad to have that conversation.

Thank you again for the trust, the opportunities, and the relationships we value so deeply. Happy holidays from all of us at Century 21 Revolution. We look forward to what comes next.
